Damages and Issues

Exceptions

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
